1. Introduction
Welcome to Halalich. These Terms govern your use of the Halalich mobile application and services provided by AhmedAliFarooqui GbR, c/o Red Tape Translation, Berliner Str. 69, 13189 Berlin, Germany. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Halalich enables users to order halal food and products from partnered vendors. We act as an intermediary and handle delivery through partners or independent drivers.
3. Registration
You must register to place orders and provide accurate information. Keep login credentials confidential.
4. Orders and Payments
- Orders are binding once confirmed.
- Prices include applicable VAT and delivery fees where stated.
- Payment via available methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- We may cancel orders in case of fraud, errors, or operational issues.
5. Deliveries
Delivery times are estimates. Customers must be present or reachable. Failed deliveries due to unavailability may not be refunded.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation within a short window depending on vendor confirmation. Refunds only for confirmed errors (missing/wrong items).
7. User Responsibilities
Use the app lawfully; do not misuse it or submit false information.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and trademarks are owned by or licensed to us.
9. Liability
We are not liable for vendor issues, force majeure, or indirect damages. Liability only for intentional or gross negligence under German law.
10. Changes to Terms
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
Laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction: Berlin.
