AhmedAliFarooqui GbR is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Halalich mobile application and website (collectively, the "App").
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
a. Personal Information
When you register or place an order, we may collect:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Delivery address
- Payment information (processed securely via third parties)
b. Technical and Usage Data
When you use Halalich, we may collect:
- Device information (e.g., model, OS)
- IP address
- App usage data (e.g., screens viewed, session duration)
- Location data (for delivery and service optimization)
c. Third-Party Login and Services
If you sign in via Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive only the information you authorize.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver products and services you request
- Manage your account and orders
- Provide customer support
- Send order updates and important notifications
- Improve the functionality, security, and performance of our App
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with delivery riders or vendors, secure payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), analytics and infrastructure providers (e.g., Firebase, Google Cloud), and law enforcement when legally required. All service providers are GDPR-compliant.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API (advertising)
If you allow “Ads (Meta / Google)” cookies, we use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrie Hill, Dublin 4, Ireland, on www.halalich.com and app.halalich.com. It lets us measure the effect of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show them to relevant people. The pixel sends Meta:
- pages and products viewed, items added to the cart, checkout steps and purchases with order value
- device and browser data and your IP address
- Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc)
Meta receives the same events a second time through a server connection hosted by Meta (Conversions API), so events are not lost or counted twice.
If you are signed in, we also send your email address and phone number to Meta in hashed form (SHA-256), so Meta can match the event to a Meta account (“advanced matching”). Meta deletes hashed data that does not match a user after the matching process.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time under “Cookie settings”. We and Meta are joint controllers for the collection and transfer of this data (Controller Addendum). Meta may transfer data to the USA on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. 4. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active and as needed for order history, legal compliance, and fraud prevention. You may request account deletion or data erasure at any time.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, withdraw consent, and file a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact: admin@halalich.com
6. Data Security
We use modern encryption, secure servers, and industry-standard safeguards. No method is 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
Halalich is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be posted in the App or via email.
