How to cook frozen halal nuggets and tenders
Take what you need straight from the freezer:
- Oven: bake from frozen on a tray until hot and crisp.
- Air fryer: works well for both, and is the fastest way to get a crisp coating.
- Timing: follow the times on the pack. Heat until piping hot all the way through.
Keep the rest in the freezer at -18°C or colder. Once a pack has thawed, don't refreeze it.
